...many, many jokes now... imagine that there is a guy called accent (a name acually in Iceland) and he is a singer. My favorite band is called the Beatles but but in Icelandic it´s Bítlarnir. Than one night the Beatles needed there singer and they introduce themselves as the beadles with their accent!!! :) hahaha... everybody in Iceland think it´s very, very funny... sorry! Bad translation... :p But there is really a guy in Iceland that is called exent if you translate his name...
One thing about nights like this, Thursdays nights, is that it´s not weekend yet, and after few beers you want to continue but every bar is closed and nobody has a party, so you just have to go home and... ...go to the computer. But I have a special reason to night for not just having one beer, but 2 or 3 or 4 or maybe 5 or 6 or were there more? I always loose the count of them after the first one (so I can always say, no I just had one ;) hehe...) but anyways... don´t rember... yes Thursdays nights how ever are always the best. And to night we went to our favorite Thursdays bar (never ever go there on the weekends) and had, lets say few beers (cause I lost the count). And obscures we had a greet evening. Our favorite band playing accept from the sing, the accent, the real singer is... it´s his exam time so he is busy... And there are few more jokes I´ve to tell you.

Rabbit, can you go and get us some food. The 1. Rabbit says, "sure". The 1. Rabbit goes out side, runes over the field and on her way back the farmer tries to shoot her but misses. After 2 weeks the 3. Rabbit says to the 2. one, cause they are so hungry. "Can you go and get us some food?" The 2. one says, "why don´t you ask rabbit nr. 1 she did it the last time. The 3. Rabbit askes the 1. one. "Can you go and get us some food?" and the 1. Rabbits goes out side. She runs over the field but on her way back the farmer hits her and she dies. alright aren´t everybody happy?!!! I´m cause I´ve just, finally, finessed taken my final project. Now it´s just going to school tomorrow and start downloading it in and put it to gather. And that is going to be a lot of work. Al weekend and al next week, as long as the school will be open (and that is 24/7)

Life is strange...
Last evening I went with my friend to our friends house. It was a long and nice wised. First we started to go over the Red Cross youth laws cause they are being changed and we changed few things. Than we started talking, and we talked and talked for hours about everything. And one thing was about this woman who lives in the vestfjords. She lives few km. out of one town and she has an incredible story to tell, an awful story actually. She lost one of her kid in an snow avalanche that hit his car vile he was driving in the area that he and his mom live in. His body was never found. Than in ´95 this woman started to feel her house shake like crazy and the electricity went of. Than she took al of here cloths and sleeping bag and went into the middle of the house. Than her daughter called cause she was so scared cause her house and everything was shaking like crazy. She told her to take her kid and go to a certain end in the house. While they were talking the phone line was cut and she never ever heard from her daughter again, cause few minutes later the avalanche took her. This woman was stuck in her house for few days until rescuteem could go to her house and save her. She was almost frozen to death, but the rescuteem coulden´t get there until after few days cause the weather was insane. Snow every were and windy. The town that was next to this woman's home was hit by a snow avalanche on night in January and over 10 people died. Part of the town was badly ruined after this, lots of houses completely gone. In October the year before was another town hit by an avalanche. Few people died there too and the weather was crazy. Lot of people, rescuteems, went there with a ship and helecompters. My friend was there and my mom. And it´s so stranges to listen to there stories. From what they saw and experienced... ...sorry little triadic info on Iceland. But this can happen every were, just needed to write this down... :p
But this wasn´t the only thing we talked about we talked about Red cross ofcourse and cridasided him a little bit. ;) and we also...

My friend used to live in a town on the country side, but than she moved to Reykjavík. One summer the Red cross had an international camp and my friend was there. She was in her old home town just for a little stop and went to the grocerystore with a friend from the camp. The same day my moms friends get a cal and is asked if her daughter has gotten herself a black one. :p ;) small towns and nothing to do...

shitty weather and a shitty dog!!!
Yes the weather isn´t good, windy, raining and snowing, not both at the same time but almost... and the dog went out side and came in smelling like shit, he loves to rub himself to a cat urine and now he did the poop too :( :s not nice... Thank god Anna is at home other vise I wouldn´t have let him inside. And now pore thing, Anna, is bathing him... feel so sorry for her cause the smell is so bad. The back yard door is open cause the house smells like a cat poop... :p
:D Christmas, yes it´s almost here... I just put up some more Christmas lights in to my room, it´s so cozy... :D
Oh I hope so very much that everybody will have a nice Christmas. But it´s so sad reading the news paper cause there are lot of people that will not have it good over the holidays. They will live in fear for their life while we will be eating our good meal and opening presents and being happy with our family's... "that´s the way it´s" (quoted from Jack, that little genius) :p

Computers, computers, computers, I don´t like them!!!
Why?
Cause I was writing my essay, I was writing and writing and writing and suddenly I made the biggest mistake. Pressed the delete button, NO NO NO NO I screamed, it´s al gone...... :( :( and it was, almost everything I had written was gone, except from the thing I had saved and that was some time ago, cause when you are writing a lot, gotten yourself in to the writing mood you just don´t have time to do the saving thing...
And now I´m working on, starting over... :( :( :*( :´( ...and a little cry, sob... sob...
...ok, you can do it... just star (al over again...) :p

Homesick...
suddenly I saw two meanings of this word. One is that I´m sick of my home and the other one is I miss my home. Well, what can I say, both is true and not. Well I am at home, living with my parents and sister and no I´m not sick of being here, not yet atleast. But I found out that I´m homesick, little bit stranger cause I´m at home. But still I´m not, that is at home. A little over a year ago I could never, ever, have imagine that I would have this stranger feeling. But I have it... "You don´t know what you had until you loose it." Or sth. like this... The thing is I´ve been very grumpy lately, maybe because it´s so dark out side (it´s 11:39 now and the sun came up at 10:51 and goes down at 15:40) so it has been very dark out side... but no no no... it´s not true... the thing is I miss Chicago and every one I know there... and what did I do, I made a screen saver with photos from Chicago... I know I´m afoul but This city and the people that I know there are stuck in my head... :p not a bad thing... nice to think about nice people every now and than...
And what a bad feeling this morning cause the first thing I saw as I opened the newspaper site (on the web) I saw about this big fire in Chicago. Uff, not nice...
:p I´ve been writing so mush lately and I´m so sleepy that everything comes out at ones, sorry!

Weather report, there has been a typical Icelandic weather lately. Few days ago I woke up early (8 o´clock) and it was raining, dark and cloudy, few hours later it was sunny and windy, few hours later it was snowing... A lot... Yesterday it was raining and warm, to day it´s frost out side -2°C and it´s supposed to snow over the weekend... :p
And finally, my final project at school is... lets say I have to finish it on Thursday cause after that my actors can´t come... but it´s going OK, should have gone better but that is how filming is... Time never works with you...
And of I go to write my two essays, one is about Icelandic TV history and the other one about Icelandic Film history... al very interesting... cause history is a very interesting and fun thing to know
